下面是个新位子，北京地区的。
SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - Mainframe
Responsible For:
Providing technical/application support to the Sales Representative and client base on the Mainframe Testing Implementation tools.
Main Activities:        
         Assisting the sales force with pre sales activity such as proposal preparation, systems demonstrations and presentations, product installations and pilot projects for proof of concept.
         Participate in pre and mid-evaluation reviews with Prospects and Sales Executives
         Co-ordinating installations activity and providing support to customers during installation. Includes hands on user education, training and problem resolution.
         Initial post installation first level support and assistance to customers on an ongoing basis, conducting customer education courses and seminars.
         Keeping management aware of potential areas for product, services and educational sales, being continually aware of new products and releases through regular updates with the Product Manager. Attending and presenting at User Groups and Trade Shows.
Key Skills/
        Technical understanding with the ability to assist Sales Reps with detailed information on a specific product, or range of products.
         Ability to apply a broad range of consulting methodologies to complex customer situations.
         Requires a blend of technical, business, consultative and support skills.
         A technical understanding of the IBM MVS, Z/OS operating environment.
         Some skills in Systems Programming, CICS or as a DBA.
         Good analytical and problem solving skills.
         Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
Good written and spoken English plus good Mandarin
Typical Experience:        
                A technical understanding of the IBM MVS or Z/OS operating environment with a minimum over 3 years experience in the industry of that platform.
        Need to have worked in Applications Development to understand the application development cycle.
        Knowledge of computer language like COBOL, Assembler Language or PL/I.
         Additional skills in Systems Programming, CICS or as a DBA on DB2, IMS/DB would be an advantage.
