职位一:Systems Analyst: *1
1. Business Skills : Must have expertise in the Banking Industry - Retail Banking in particular. Must have expertise in Customer Interactions, Business development and Solutioning in the Banking industry. Must understand the business language of a Banker.
2. Project Management Skills : Should be strong in Project Management areas like Scope Management and Risk Management. Please note that he/she will become the architect / Subject Matter Expert and will SUPPORT the project manager.
3. Soft Skill requirements : Must have very good English skills. Must possess good client interaction and management skills. Should be willing to work flexible hours and be available for client meetings.

职位二:Senior Analyst Programmer*3

1. Skill requirements: Cobol/Unix

Perform programming and testing with appropriate documentation.
The candidate should well verse in programming languages which COBOL is the case now. Unix requirement comes from the environment and platform need - which is less important compare to COBOL but the candidate still needs to navigative around Unix to do development and testing.
