Job Title: Business Analyst
Department: Solution Team
Job Summary:
1. To effectively support the business and project teams on designing, analyzing and documentation writing;
2. To contribute to the development of optimal systems solutions through business orientated system analysis and design;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Help to improve local knowledge of CMS;
2. Design, analyse and documentation of function specifications (FSD) and business requirements documents (BRD);
3. Review BRDs FSDs;
4. Prepare cost benefit analysis of projects;
5. Consult on proposed options, business process or system planning and general problem solving;
6. Support the testing process by using business and system knowledge to identify and priorities system functionality;
7. Process re-engineering through mapping and design;
8. Develop training programs and delivery of these programs to internal and external users, when required;
9. Assist with answering RFPs, conducting presentations and speaking at conferences;
10. Producing clear FSDs and effectively passing these FSDs to the Architecture team for preparation of technical specs or directly to the development team for simple cases;
11. Support the business aspect of all projects throughout the SDLC.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience working in the finance industry with most of the experience in the consumer credit industry
2. Strong Vision PLUS background with a focus on CMS;
3. Strong credit card experience and financial system experience;
4. Possesses good knowledge of application development technologies
5. Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
6. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Mandarin speaking would be an advantage)
7. Strong influencing, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
8. Result-oriented who could work under pressure and deadline.
9. Team-player with good working attitude.
Job Title: Application Developer
Department: ASG
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years mainframe system and/or application development experience, preferably acquired from the banking industry in China.
2. Knowledge of banking system application management experience would be a plus.
3. Knowledge in international credit card system (VisionPLUS, CardLink or Essentis) experience is a must.
4. Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is required.
5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Result-oriented who could work under pressure and deadline.
7. Team-player with good working attitude.
Job Title: Testing Leader
Department: ITG
Job Summary:
The testing leader is expected to act as a key role and lead a team to take responsibility of system integration testing life cycle on project or release base. The testing leader should work closely with client, as well as other internal teams.The testing leader must have a strongbackground of vision plus and credit card bussiness to fulfil the objective mentioned above and coach his team members.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business requirement and functional solution;
2. Develop test strategy and high level testing plan;
3. Inspect test document/data made by team and provide clarifications oftesting and facilitate closure.
4. Analysis Review of incident logs; Preparation Updating of Defect Report; Conduct Defect Meetings Tracking Defects to Closure
5. Progress tracking and status reporting
6. Coordination between client and other internal team, risk escalation and reporting
7. Facilitate timely business reviews and sign-off as per schedule agreed for Test Planning phase
8. Preparation of Test Summary Report
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline from a reputable University.
2. A minimum of 3 year Vision Plus system testing, and/or business, technical related working experience, strong Vision PLUS background with V+ core modules i.e. CMS, FAS, MBS, TRAMS, etc; preferablywith most of the experience in the credit card industry,
3. Strong credit card experience and financial system experience is required;
4. Strong Vision PLUS background with a focus on V+ core module is required;
5. Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills is required ;
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
7. Result-oriented who could work under pressure and deadline;
8. Team-player with good working attitude.
9. Will be required to manage a team of 3 and above that consists
10. Good verbal and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin are required).
Job Title: Testing Specialist
Department:ITG
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform System Integration Testing of FDI China Credit Card processing platform on Vision Plus system.
Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the quality of application changes. Participate in testing planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Understanding business requirement and functional solution;
2. Plan and estimate testing task;
3. Develop testing related document (strategy, test plan, test script, etc );
4. Execute internal testing and support user iexcl; macr;s ad hoc testing requirement;
5. Identify risks, issues;
6. Ensure documentations and reports are properly recorded and under tracking;
7. With patient character, team work spirit, urgency and follow through;
8. Recommend strategies for improving testing quality;
9. Achieve results through anticipation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline from a reputable University.
2. A minimum of 1 year IT related experience,preferably experience in testing and/or banking system.
3. Knowledge of Card experience and financial system experience would be a plus.
4. Familiar with Vision PLUS systems would be a plus.
5. Familiar with system testing and testing tools would be a plus.
