1) Solid technical background, experienced in both development and implementation based on Java technologies.
2) Understanding and good command of J2EE application servers and Messaging middlewares(IBM Websphere, WebLogic, MQ, Tibco,Tuxedo, etc) and how to use and implement in enterprise applications.
3) Understanding and good command of the transactional characteristics of both J2EE and messaging technologies.
4) Good experience in using system monitoring and management software like BMC Patrol, HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli or other smaller vendors and ideally particular use with the above middlewares.
5) Understanding of BPM, application performance and middleware operational monitoring and their interrelationships.
6) Good technology and technical solution presentation skills, ideally in a vendor pre-sales situation.
7) Good command of English.
工作职责和要求：
负责领先的应用服务器和事务处理性能监控技术和解决方案在国内市场的售前推广和销售工作，初期关注的行业将是银行等金融企业，具备相关经验者优先考虑。条件合适者将有机会被委派至美国培训学习。
1）具备深厚的技术根底，较丰富的java应用开发与实施经验。
2）精通IBM Websphere Application Server、WebLogic、JBOSS等主流J2EE服务器，熟悉IBM MQ、Tibco、Tuxedo等事务消息处理系统平台。
3）精通企业级的系统监控和管理软件，如HP OpenView、IBM Tivoli、BMC Patrol或类似的软件。
4）熟悉BPM（Business Performance Management）、应用程序性能管理系统和监控中间件，了解其中的相互关系和工作机理。
5）良好的技术方案撰写能力，优秀的技术方案演示和表达能力。
6）熟练的英语沟通表达能力（听、说、读、写俱佳）。
