互联网金融如今处在高速发展时期，但是政策的风险，与传统金融势力的博弈，让这个新兴的颠覆式行业也存在着隐忧。究竟互联网金融后续发展态势如何，就让业内人士翼龙贷CEO王思聪，好贷网CEO李明顺来为我们答疑解惑。
温州民间借贷危机证明：互联网将用透明和扁平化颠覆传统金融
互联网和金融相比，互联网非常讲究高效、透明和扁平，很多东西希望简单，而金融行业很多东西都比较复杂。
金融行业里有150万亿资产，70-80亿来源于信贷行业，遇到大量的问题是贷款难。难度来自于中小企业，小微企业，未来还有小小微企业，这些创做了80%-90%的就业机会，但在银行获得的信贷能力只有10%，大部分被地方政府融资平台和银行拿去了。这里面很多原因，不管是地方政府还是大型国企。
11年至今的温州民间借贷危机造成的危害正在影响很多人，有数据显示温州89%的家庭、个人和59%的企业都参与了民间借贷，这就是信息不对称造成的。
全国中小企业数量6000万家，有贷款需求的企业站占其中的64%。小额贷款公司有6500家，典当公司也有上万家，担保公司20000家，P2P全国也有几百家，这些未来都是需要解决的问题。很多的人并不了解有这么多机构。个人相信传统银行的效率越来越差的时候，更多的企业和机构会有放贷的自由。传统电销一天200-300个电话，一个月一到两单就不错了，ROI转化率仅有0.03%。所以最后决定做好贷。
硅谷有一家上市公司(股票代码：BOFN)，没有任何网点，完全互联网化，这就是很有魅力的地方。美国以前像富国银行这样的银行很有效率，但互联网行业的创新效率更高，因为银行是自上而下的。腾讯一年收入500亿，阿里+百度+其他的，一共没到1000亿的收入，互联网行业没赚多少钱，而阿里巴巴在杭州带动了上万亿的产业链，服务于实业。而金融更多靠信息不对称实现价值。
今天的金融行业和互联网行业，是大象和蚊子的关系。马云去年不过300亿的信贷规模，整个10万亿的信用规模，对比下来还是很小。互联网有很强大的繁殖和传播能力，未来会分散社会的财富，是互联网改变产业的最本质的东西。所以自己做一个更加扁平的桥梁。
以下为翼龙贷CEO王思聪观点：
做P2P像在走钢丝，一不小心进可能进去坐牢
P2P对我这样的从业人员，也不容易看透，所以P2P这么火爆。一是互联网有信息的存在，还有一个是模式。P2P到底怎么去演变，个人认为还不敢定论。进入P2P领域确实应谨慎，如果从事P2P亏了倒闭了，可能有进监狱的风险。一旦运行不灵，清盘的时候，钱怎么补进来是个问题。所以一定要看好融资方式到底行不行。
P2P很有可能绕开商业银行，商业银行迟早要联网。互联网以后完全有可能改变金融的产业格局。如果可能以后小贷公司也进来做，其他的公司也进来做，这个行业就不一样了。金融和互联网的融合按道理来说是最好的，但是实际发展是最晚的。这主要是国家政策的限制，但现在很难限制下来了。
实际上，高层是支持改革的，只不过是下面的政府对改革有不支持不配合的态度，从目前的沟通，高层领导是完全支持改革，容忍试错，从行长的讲话就能看出来。平台提供了本息保障，让中国的P2P行业出来很晚但全球份额最大。翼龙贷三十天收不到本金和利息，翼龙贷去收购债权。同样可以理解，没有支付宝，阿里帝国也不会到现在的水平。法律以最后有没有造成损失做评判，对创新性技术还是会有很多的照顾和支持，行业不应该一刀切。
P2P互联网金融年交易额年增长300%
个人觉得互联网金融有了互联网技术的存在，中国的传统银行业一定要改变。银行通过存贷的生计，一定要受P2P的影响。P2P在2012年有百八十亿的交易额，今年有望到500亿。第一财经预测每年按三倍的增长，2016年会有15000亿。当然增长会减缓，但80后很有可能对这个模式非常着迷。
互联网金融将减少坏账率
中国目前的信用还没达到美国的终身制，所以采用了线下的工作，比如对借款人和放款人线下有联系，但交易是在线上的，类似于O2O的形式。
个人意识到现在的信贷资源非常紧缺，大概有千分之一的人，是借了钱就跑。经济不景气中小企业贷款，很多都借了钱都还不上。很多P2P平台通过第三方支账户代为发放贷款，则在网站内部控制程序试销、网站工作人员疏于自律或被人利用的情况下，容易出现内部人员非法挪用资金、非法集资等违法犯罪行为。
中国的信用风险评价机制不全，但中国的网络信用比传统信用更好。互联网信用下是多方博弈，互联网上违约的人成本很高，有五六个借了款跑路，但通过其他即时通信上，都能联络到。所以互联网的生态里， 跑路 的难度很高。整个系统风控都能收到他的行为。做贷款审核都考虑到了这一点。
根据调查，P2P网络贷款平台纯线上业务的逾期率平均高达10%，坏账率也在5%以上。目前仅存的仍坚持纯线上的P2P仅存2007年成立的XX贷公司。随着80后、90后的生活在互联网圈子里，所以坏账率会很低，这一点很有效果。技术这边用的是华为，尽管前台效果不是很好，但后台还是很不错的。用户的数据保护上下了很大的功夫。一般网站都要求借款人提供个人信息、财产信息，P2P在软件方面相对还是弱一点。
