岗位职责：
1.负责银行风险管理产品和方案的售前技术支持工作，包括撰写和讲解技术方案，协助销售经理与客户交流
2.根据客户需求，对客户提出咨询建议方案，向客户介绍公司的产品和技术方案。针对不同客户定制合理的解决方案，并在需要时为客户提供测试和演示
3.协助销售经理推广产品和解决方案，配合销售经理挖掘和把握客户需求，包括与客户沟通，了解、分析客户的需求，协助销售经理引导客户的消费取向
4.协助销售经理进行项目答标，负责编写技术方案建议书和投标书，负责技术方案讲解和技术澄清工作，对技术方案的正确性和系统配置的正确性负责
5.了解市场需求，对公司产品和技术路线提出建设性意见；学习、掌握部门产品的技术原理、产品特点，跟踪部门新产品、新业务的发展，并协助公司新产品新业务的推广工作
岗位要求：
1.计算机本科或相关专业，4至5年相关工作经验（其中3年以上银行业IT工作经验，熟悉银行业务知识或IT系统应用现状）
2.有银行业相关项目的成功售前经验；有大型项目的设计和实施经验，有大型项目投标经验和客户培训经验
3.能够独立完成售前方案设计等工作，为部门项目决策提供方案支持；技术文档写作能力优秀，有丰富的技术文档撰写和标书制作的经验
4.优秀的沟通、协调、谈判能力，能够引导客户需求，具有出色的组织协调及组织管理能力，能承担较大型项目的售前组织与策划
5.熟悉网络通讯、数据存储、数据库、中间件等技术
6.有面对挑战的能力和创造力，能适应紧张的IT工作，能够经常出差
7.熟练的英语阅读能力，大学英语四级以上水平

Professional Qualities:
1.        University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3 years relevant experience. Those with less experience may be considered for Analyst position.
Possess business and functional skills in business diagnostics, process design / re-engineering and change management.
2.        With prior banking experience in the areas of loans, credit management / credit operations.
3.        Strong business and industry acumen in financial services industry (banking, capital market and insurance).
4.        Experience in system implementation project and have a strong sense in business and system integration.
5.        Consulting experience preferred.
6.        Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
7.        Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
8.        Willing to travel within region for projects.
