- At lease 6 years experience in Banking industry business application/solution design development experience.
- Have software development full life-cycle experience
- Have experience on core banking system implementation, global core-banking package implementation experience is preferred.
- Know how to map the business requirement to technical architecture, and use technical language to explain the business requirement.
- Hand on programming experience in recent 1 and half year job.
- Have issue management experience, know how to trade off in order to re-solve technical issue
- Oversea working experience is preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
- Issue management process or Quality process experience is preferred.
Skill Knowledge requiremens:
- Core-banking business knowledge is must Know general banking application architecture
- Be expert on below programming language:   - C or C Shell or VB
- Have solid hands-on experience on at lease one commercial database, Oracle is preferred
- J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, J2EE Patterns) capability is preferred
- EAI/Big front end experience is preferred
- Data ware house/BI capability is preferred
- Good communication skill Good English skill
