Manage IT Development projects and ensure the assigned IT development projects completed on time and in good quality.
         Ensure good quality post-implementation support and ensure the application knowledge transfer to IT Development support team.
         Work closely with Project Management Office to prioritize IT development projects, and assist Manager IT Development to ensure sufficient IT resources are arranged.
         Ensure IT deliverables achieve the benefits as requested and agreed with business.
         Work closely with HTSA IT teams to ensure the good quality of AOC implementation of Group projects, and sufficient knowledge transfer from regional and Group IT to local IT.
         Ensure engaged GLTc resources are utilized efficiently and deliver good quality of work.
         Coach and grow technical knowledge and management skills of the reporting team leaders
         Grow technical knowledge of the reporting team members.
         Assist Manager IT Development on project and resource planning.

Job Requirements:
         Recognized university degree in software development or related disciplines.
         6 years or above solid working experience in IT development on AS/400 platform. Experiences in HUB will be an added-value.
         3 years management experiences in managing multiple IT development projects.
         Familiar with **** banking systems functions and logic.
         Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Fluent Mandarin will be a plus.
         Good people management skills.
         Experience in managing offshore development projects is a good advantage.
