Job Description1. Implementation - primary responsibility. The candidate is tasked to lead projects manage complex implementationswithin agreed timeline. The candidate is also responsible for developingother implementation managers on project management skills.
2. Sales Support - The candidate supports Transaction Banking Salesto secure the business of potential customers especially in customizingsolutions. The candidate will also provide feedback on customers’requirements/needs and marketing campaigns to increase the uptake andutilization of the Channels.
3. Client Support - On an on-going basis, the candidate manages aportfolio of key clients. Key Roles ResponsibilitiesThe candidate is responsible for the followingtasks:
1. Customer Implementation
Delivery of standard customized implementation end-2-end. The tasksinclude project planning, requirement gathering, customization, technicalsolutioning, client training, system and post-implementation review.
Negotiate or facilitate negotiation of customer documentation.
2. Sales Support
Provide consultation to Transaction Banking Sales on solutionformulation
Assist Team Leader to ensure revenue realization and growth.
Support RFP/RPF process.
3. Client Support
Act as a consultant to provide technical solutioning, gathering their feedbackand requirements for future system enhancement.
4. Channel/Service Management
Support product channel releases / commercialization
Provide (customers’) feedback to Channel team to request system enhancement.Qualifications Skills1. Knowledge in transaction banking products such ascash management, trade, and working capital
2. Good understanding on industrial standards/ERPs like SAP, Oracle,SwiftNet
3. Good analytical and problem solving skill
4. Hands-on and solid relevant experience of the following preferred:
Banking product/project management experience preferred
Client facing such as selling or post-sales support
University graduate

Senior   Implementation Manager is to Project Manage on product implementation for   customer subscribe to the eChannel.
The   role includes Project Management, Technical and Business discussion with   client, Training, and subsequent support the client.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
Team   and Project Management. May required to lead the   Implementation Manager and involved in RPF presentation and discussed with   Sales Team in structuring solution. Standard Implementation methodology   needs to apply for all project implementation.
Customer   Implementation. To lead customer implementation,   involving Cash and Trade Product, multiple services and multiple   countries. To participate throughout the entire process of   pre-implementation study, documentation, customer technical discussions   and testing, setup and pre-installation check, installation, training and   post implementation Review. From time to time, he / she may need to lead a   Regional Implementation.
Customer   Service. To manage a portfolio of customers and maintain a   strong customer relationship with Customer so as to provide first class   after sales support in their electronic banking systems.
Technical   Support. To provide support to the client on any technical   issues related to the platform implemented. Liaise with the Production   Support for any problem escalation.
Sales   Support. To provide sales support to   Relationship Managers (RMs) and Transaction Banking Sales (TBS) for   Wholesale Bank to secure the business of potential customers by working   closely to refine customer solutions.
Driving   Utilization. To provide good service to the   client and driving utilization on the channel.
Product   Roll-out. To assist Product / Channel   Managers to ensure the smooth launch of new products in the country, as   well as enhancement of existing services through active involvement in the   products development cycles.
Selection Criteria:
Experience   or participation in Managing project, able to discuss business and   technical requirement with customer, able to perform regional   implementation
Good   communication skill
Fast   turnaround of customer implementation
Successful   implementation that lead to client utilization

不知道这个工作大家有接触过么。我个人觉得，IBM里做cash payment 这块的咨询和实施的是比较合适的

从职能上看，类似于RM之类的岗位，比较复合型的岗位
可以兼职吗？
不行啊，银行的全职FTE 50多万薪水额。。。。。。。
