在保险这个行业做了一点时间,略知一点皮毛,响应老胡同志的号召。准备开章。然保险业务也是比较庞大精深的,其中的主要的导向和银行的略有不同,我以为大致贯穿的关键词为,客户导向,灵活,快速响应,信息对称,分担风险,其他类似合规,这些类似。从公司内部组织框架来说,应该都不乏开源节流的总体思想。其中cost 的部分和admin职能和内容应该差异不大。我这里大体上首先考虑了一下关于开源的部分,也就是能够给保险公司带来主营业务现金流的部分。乍一想,列了如下的一个大概。分了点小标题和关键词。
觉得,真的要分享的话,我觉得应该是结合业务谈系统。希望能够有更多的朋友加入进来。我这里先献丑,抛砖引玉了。大家看看,欢迎补充和调整。
