Create test scopes, plans and test strategies
Write manual test cases/matrixes
Execute and maintain automation scripts

Execute testing tasks and report status, escalate issues as appropriate
Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing on a project basis
Proactively escalate/solve problems, suggest process improvements.
