不知道内情就不要乱说！倒的是NCS宇博公司，宇博公司还在的，！
NCS宇博是NCS集团与宇博的合资公司，
原来公司SWIFT的业务回归NCS集团！
好像黄升南又带了一些人继续作，但是是不是叫宇博就不知道了！
从正常的方式来说，NCS宇博在处理员工与解散公司的问题上，总体来说，还算不错，该补偿的都补偿了，虽然中间有些小问题。
现阶段是“NCS宇博”解散了，“NCS宇博”本身是NCS与宇博的合资公司。所以，现在的情况是一分为二，NCS继续存在，宇博另起家立业，据消息灵通人士透露，至四月份时止，第一财年已经赢利

NCS公司就不说了，树大根深，新的宇博现阶段听说主要从事这几方面业务：银行，电力，机杨，保险（可能正在进行中）.

如果我没弄错，SWIFT当初是宇博的王先生帮助引进大陆得．

一个朋友在宇博，说好像是开始新的事情了
NCS还为了这件事情在国内开了个员工定心会。主要是让其他子公司的员工安心工作，还宣称NCS 不会有问题。
其实是废话。到了新加坡才知道NCS的规模阿！！！
这倒不是什么受害者之类。公司按股东的意愿，进行清算解散，是符合资本运作的要求。

NCS winds up 2 subsidiaries

SingTel yesterday announced that its regional IT services arm NCS was winding up two of its subsidiaries - Ipacs Computer Services (S) Pte Ltd (IPC) and Ipacs Technology Pte Ltd (IPT) - which, in turn, have three subsidiaries in China.   
Collectively, the five companies are known as NCS-Yubo, in which NCS has a 51 per cent stake. An NCS spokesman added that IPC's and IPT's subsidiaries in China will also be liquidated in three to four weeks.   
NCS-Yubo deals primarily with IT hardware sales in China, and has about 200 workers - three in Singapore and the rest in China. The spokesman said that NCS is endeavouring to deal with the staff affected 'in the most sensitive and optimal way'.   
NCS paid $19.6 million in cash for its 51 per cent stake in IPC and IPT in 2002.   
NCS' chief executive Chong Yoke Sin said in a statement: 'NCS remains deeply committed to the China market through NCS China.' Besides its NCS offices, the company has another subsidiary in China, Zisco Zhong Sheng IT Co Ltd, in which it has a 70 per cent stake.   
Dr Chong explained that the decision to wind up NCS-Yubo was made after a strategic review of the business and a company spokesman added that NCS wanted to focus more on services rather than just on reselling IT hardware.   
In a statement, SingTel said that the liquidation is 'not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of SingTel for the current financial year ending Mar 31, 2006'.
