Make a complete business plan and execute, including sales, channel and marketing aspects
To develop major accounts, especially in finance industry
To develop finance solution providers and system integrators as Company partners
Generate leads and growth pipeline as required
Accurately forecast and deliver revenue by quarterly
Meet or exceed annual quota in license, support and service
Requirements
Possess 4 years or above sales experience in IT industry, software selling experience is preferred
Close relationship with major finance corporations, finance sales experience is preferred
Close relationship with finance solution providers and system integrators
Willing to learn new technology
Solution selling skill
Independent working ability
Good skill in communication internally and resource leveraging
Result orientation
Well managing and forecasting the business
Mature, aggressive, optimism, countable
Conduct business in a proper way, compliant corporate guidance
