在任何已经基本完成工业化的国家,高端金融人才和管理人才都是收入最高的。当然,本科生或研究生毕业之后不可能立即从事的职业,如企业高管,不能列入“收入最高的职业”范畴。那么,对于一个中国重点高校本科或研究生来说,毕业之后可能取得的最高收入的职业有哪些呢?前景最广的职业又有哪些呢?试列举如下,以薪酬为第一考虑因素,发展前景为第二考虑因素,社会地位、名望为补充考虑因素,大致是这样:

POSITION REPORTS TO:        AP Application Support IT Lead
BUSINESS GROUP:                HQ                      BUSINESS UNIT:        IT        
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
Working with customers and IT management, provide daily application support to meet SLA. Working with project managers, provide technical support to meet project schedule and follow company project management methodology and standards.
AP Application Support Engineer Definition:
         Provide day to day 2nd to 3rd level operation support of a wide range of regional country applications and services cross Asia Pacific region
         Manage maintenance, upgrade and support of responsible production applications to ensure high system availability per SLA
         Follow company support standards/procedures/process and best practices
         Recommend modifications to existing systems in order to enhance processing time reliability scalability and ease of deployment. Identify and enhance systems that routinely fail or require too much manual intervention
         Maintain relationship with application business owners and internal customers
         Manage outsourcing vendors to follow company standard and meet SLA
         Establish and maintain application backup strategy to meet SLA and business continuity need
         Will be assigned to work for IT various projects in addition to daily support work
o        Work closely with stream/functional business manager and project manager to ensure all project deliverables are of the highest quality and that they are delivered on time and within budget.
o        Ensure that adequate documentation is produced for systems and application development tasks
o        Ensure programming and naming standards are being followed
o        Work closely with the project manager to define standards for project and documentation,
o        Participate in Go-Live (cut over) plan development, testing and execution
         Responsibility will not be limited to the scope mentioned above.
Skill Set:
         Customer service orientation awareness, prefer exposure to IT environment with applying ITIL best practice
         Application support experience, prefer exposure to applications using some sets of technologies like Java and J2EE technologies, Apache web server and Java application servers, Tomcat and JBOSS, Webmethods, and Notes application; also prefer experience with large organization support across region and exposure to various culture diversity
         Prefer database experience with SQL or/and Oracle
         Prefer project management experience
         Strong working relationships within the project management organization
        
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
        
Functional Expertise
         Must display proficiency for the computer language(s)or application development tools necessary to complete assignments. Examples include: C, C++, JAVA, COBOL, SQL, JCL, UNIX Shell Scripting, HTML, Visual Basic, PeopleTools, etc.
         Able to apply project management and general IT management methodologies.
         Understands the development of the vision/strategy/technical roadmap for a functional area.
         Read and understand process flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams.
         Translate a program design specification into computer code.
         Apply change management techniques with regard to applications.
         Learn and apply new technical concepts to job assignments.
         Identify and correct software errors; this includes defining, determining the cause, formulating solution(s), and making recommendations to address the error.
         Identify and document job processes and problems using structured, analytical skills.
         Apply knowledge and exercise judgment to help solve problems.
Leadership/Change
         An analyst will be able to work independently and with a team. Communicates project status and problems to their Project Leader, Supervisor, and/or Manager. May assist with training and development of co-op, intern, or Associate Developers.
         Support defined processes through effective implementation of established process procedures.
         Builds effective teams committed to organizational goals; fosters collaboration among team members and among teams; uses teams to address relevant issues.
         Actively supports new RA programs through participation and engaging others. Challenges the status quo and champions new initiatives; acts as a catalyst of change and stimulates others to change; paves the way for needed changes; manages implementation effectively.
         Has accountability for meeting commitments and deadlines. Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics; shows consistency among principles, values, and behavior; builds trust with others through own authenticity and follow-through on commitments.

         Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.        
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience.
               
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Typically requires 5 to 8 years of related experience. Broad based background in IT technology, systems analysis and business applications. Demonstrated expertise in specialized technology associated with assigned accountabilities.
