Position Title:         Business Systems Analyst Team Leader
Report To:          Regional Operations Director
Work Location:        China - Shanghai
Role of Responsibilities:
This position covers the supervision of all system development and support activities of business systems staff, the allocation of appropriate resources for projects and the promotion of the service across the various offices in the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Requirement:
University graduate in computer-related disciplines
At least 3 to 5 years experience in systems development, including software development and systems analysis
Strong Leadership skills and able to see the “bigger picture” and maintain perspective
Extremely effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management customer services focus
Strong supervisory skills with good track record of leading teams
Good planning skills
