University degree in computer sciences or equivalent work experience
         5+ years of software development experience, with financial/banking software solutions
         Very good databases and SQL knowledge
         Very good knowledge of VBS / JAVA / HTML languages
         Basic understanding of banking products
         Strong verbal written communication skills, able to transmit information in a clear and unambiguous way
         Problem-solving skills with high level of initiative
         A team-player who takes ownership
         High client-orientation
         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
         Ability to work individually with minimum supervision
         Availability to travel within APJ region, when required
         Fluency, written and spoken, in English and Japanese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
