Educated to degree level in a technical or business subject or holds an equivalent professional qualification
Three to five years of exposure on client facing projects, preferably in a consulting function
Solid understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle
Good familiarity with Core methodology and technologies - Oracle/SQL Server Visual Basic/ C++/ J2EE / UNIX/NT
Ideally from CRM / Customer Fulfilment / Workflow / Call centre / B2B / B2C / BRE product sectors
Domain knowledge in financial services / banking / insurance, particularly around the Applications / Originations would be a distinct advantage
Experience designing and deploying solutions for Finance customers desirable
Proficient in all aspects of Project Management and proven record in participating in large-scale projects
Demonstrate high standards of professional behaviour in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life-cycles
Able to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change
Must be able to test programs and sub-systems, identifying and resolving problems,
Must possess problem solving logic and analytical skills
Able to work within an aggressive and demanding project schedule and environment
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin as all Client communication will be in Mandarin
Fluent in written and spoken English as all internal communication will be in English

这个职位的英语要求没有那么高，这个职位的汇报对象有很多是从美国回来的。并且这两个职位的人，是中国招的第一批员工，等美国的同事离开的时候，会有机会promote. 并且在这段时间里，我觉得会对英语有很大提高，所以我觉得是非常好的机会，呵呵
