BA/BS degree required.
3+ years in a customer facing position (as a consultant).
Experience designing and deploying solutions for Finance customers desirable
Domain knowledge in financial services / banking / insurance, particularly around the Applications / Originations would be a distinct advantage
Practical Blaze experience will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge in developing rules-based applications, templates and providers, and web-based rules maintenance applications.
Java/J2EE programming language, Java applications
Practical experience with JSP, XML, and HTML
Large database and transactional systems, developing in an enterprise-computing environment, for client-server applications (Web, servlets)
Knowledge of application server and middleware products such as WebLogic, enterprise-level application development experience.
Proficient in all aspects of Project Management and proven record in participating in large-scale projects
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life-cycles
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin as all Client communication will be in Mandarin
Fluent in written and spoken English as all internal communication will be in English
