Business Analyst IT: Consumer Finance.Our client, a financial institution in Zurich, is currently seeking a
Business Analyst IT: Consumer Finance.
Responsibilities
Understand business requirements for IT Solutions and develop functional/technical specifications in the area of credit card processing
Ensure that IT Systems are developed in accordance with design and development standards throughout the whole development life cycle
Ensure accurate and up-to-date functional and technical documentation of systems under your responsibility
Provide support in developing test cases and test scripts to business and test management
Transfer knowhow about new or enhanced systems to productions support team
Qualifications
Education in commercial Informatics (eidg. Wirtschaftinformatiker or WI mit Fachausweis)
Experience in financial industry: banking, credit cards
Credit card processing knowhow: card issuing, authorization, transaction processing
Experience in software development
Strong requirements gathering skills
Basic project management skills
English and German fluent (French an advantage)
Technical/Applications:
Knowhow in credit card processing packages, such as Paysys International and Visionplus
Knowledge of IT architectures and DB Systems
Basic network knowhow
Good knowledge in Windows Office Suite
Experience with Windows OS, Linux, Citrix-Terminal Servers is a plus
Experience with typical IBM Mainframe environment is a plus (OS-390, CICS, VSAM)
