目前项目初期，需要项目及技术带头人，具体要求如下：
Technical Lead (Potential Manager)，Senior Engineer
- Degree or equivalent.
- Strong Technical team leadership skills with experience of working remotely.
- Proven ability to manage a team of 4 -10 people.
- Strong development background and technical skills, including:
C/C++
Windows or Linux operating systems
Strong experience in FIX, STEP protocol
- Experience working on development of trading system, financial or banking product.
- Very good communication skills, good English essential.
