开发银行J2ee项目（替代VersionPlus中的征信和申请书模块），达到使银行业务人员实现网上无纸化办公，便于审计与统计管理，降低银行运营成本和管理风险。
1、     建立征信数据中心，（比如人行报告，各种电话号码库，房价库，行业库等等），实现内外部征信数据采集。
2、     解决信用卡征信系统与外部子系统以及核心系统的通信问题。
3、     通过EAI远程调用录入申请资料。
4、     实现规则建模，欺诈判断，申请评分，用户权限配置，实时业务监控，报表和参数设置等功能。
6、     系统运行监控，审计管理，批次处理管理。

Development on a banking project that base on J2EE (a replacement of 征信 and 申请书 modules in VersionPlus). The project is target to automate bussiness processes, facilitate auditing and statistic, as well as reducing daily costs and risks.
1、     建立征信数据中心，（比如人行报告，各种电话号码库，房价库，行业库等等），实现内外部征信数据采集。
2、     解决信用卡征信系统与外部子系统以及核心系统的通信问题。

另外，中文表述有点歧义。知道最清楚的中文意思，偶才可以效劳。LZ可以跟偶聊聊。

To develop Banking system by using J2EE (as the replacement of the modules of both credit and application form in VersionPlus), it contributes to the on line operations across the bank and facilitates to auditing and statistics, also low down the operation costs and mitigate the risk of managemet.
1 Setup credit data center to collect data from both inside and outside sources, for example PBOC reporting, all kinds of telephone number database, houseing price database and industry database.
2 Solve the issue of connection between credit card system and sub-system and core banking system.
3 Enter the application data by EAI remote calling
4 Implement modeling on rules, fraud judgement, scoreboard system, configuration of user access rights, real time monitoring, reporting and setting parameters and so on.
6 Monitor on system performance, auditing management and management of batch operation
花了十分钟翻译了一下，不过有些内容是需要确认才可以翻译的
这看起来是商业用的东西，我很好奇楼主如何验证翻译的正确性
